About The Bakery
I started baking when I was living in Kansas City out of a stubbornness to not buy bread from the grocery store. This soon turned into the time of the week that I most looked forward to. I began to share this form of joy with family and friends by bringing sourdough loaves to dinners and special occasions. It gave me a great sense of pride to make simple, delicious food that I could share with others.

Between now and then, I have continued to bake through thick and thin! For three years I used a countertop convection oven to bake loaves since I didn't have a traditional oven. This was actually when I started selling bread for the first time and began tinkering with my sourdough techniques and methods.

Since then, my husband and I bought a house in the Upper Valley that has a REAL oven, and I have continued to play with and share my sourdough bakes. I am currently building out my home bakery and looking forward to getting to share more and more as I am able to grow!
